**The Role**:
We are seeking a local HC / MC Driver to join the team in the Gatton depot for pickup and delivery work.

Local drivers are responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of customer goods and the loading, unloading and load restraint of freight.

This position is from Tuesday to Saturday with a 7am start.

**Primary duties of the role include**:

- Working with temperature sensitive produce for local pickup and delivery runs
- Ensuring the safe and timely handling of company freight
- Completing relevant pre-start checklists, safety documentation and delivery paperwork including the use of in-vehicle technology
- Interacting with clients in a professional manner
- Working closely with depot teams for the loading, unloading and transportation of freight

**About You**:

- Have a current & valid HC or MC licence
- Possess fatigue management training competency.
- Have a commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Be reliable and punctual with good communication skills.
- Have a strong customer focus

**To be successful for this role applicants must;**
- Pass a Commercial Drivers Health Assessment including drug and alcohol test
- Provide a current traffic print out
