**About the role**:
Our Coldstore facility, located at Hemmant, receives product from various sites around Australia and processes a high volume of loads. We currently have a vacancy in our team for a Coldstore Supervisor. Reporting to the Coldstore Manager, this is an excellent opportunity to join a company that is leading the way in the meat industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Positively contribute to a zero-harm safety culture
- Ensure compliance with company Work Health Safety Management System
- Ensure compliance government and company Quality Assurance requirements and regulations.
- Lead a team of 25+ employees.
- Supervise and Co-ordinate in and out loads to meet customer, quality and scheduling requirements.
- Ensuring inventory control, dispatching and receiving of frozen and chilled product both for Export and Domestic Markets

**Criteria**
- Must have proven leadership skills.
- Must be able to work flexible hours.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong work ethic
- Sound computer skills including Microsoft officer and Outlook.
