**Lindt & Sprungli** continues to enjoy market success within the premium chocolate category, and we have established ourselves as a key player within the Australian market over the last 15 years. To enhance our brand experience, we operate Lindt Chocolate Shops to deliver the ultimate sensory and indulgent chocolate experience. We are recruiting now for a Lindt ambassador to support our Retail Team towards success.

**The Position**

As a Full time Supervisor, you will actively support and oversee the operations of the business to ensure an exceptional and delightful customer experience and business objectives are achieved.

**The Person**
- Demonstrated previous Leadership experience in a retail environment where you have managed your team with clear communication, enthusiasm and passion.
- Delegating whilst been actively hands on, leading the team from a position of role modelling.
- Passionate about delivering premium customer service to enhance the Lindt brand.
- Previous barista experience desirable.
- You build a strong rapport with your team and other levels of management and have the ability to work autonomously.
- An ability to grow your local community and drive return sales.
- Sound understanding of inventory management, ordering, receiving, stocktaking, with a flair for merchandising
- You have an organised approach, managing daily administration tasks in a timely manner allowing you to analyse, respond and drive your business.
