Mansfield, Australia Alexandra District Health Full time

Working closely with Mansfield District Hospital, Alexandra District Health and Darlingford Upper Goulburn Nursing Home, the successful incumbent will provide essential training and assessment activities - including designing and developing learning programs; using training packages and accredited courses to meet employee needs; planning, organising and delivering group and individual-based learning; facilitating learning in the workplace; and creating, implementing and managing assessment activities and processes.

Delivering training and assessment services in collaboration with Mansfield District Hospital; Alexandra District Health and Darlingford Upper Goulburn Nursing Home for staff working under the VPSC Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers Agreement, this position will be required to teach competencies from training packages across Certificate II to a Diploma level. This position is also required to advise participants in relation to possible career pathways, and areas of potential future training and employment.

The successful applicant will have (as a minimum) a TAE40110: Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or equivalent or the ability to acquire such within the role. Previous experience working in the health Industry in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
