Our General Hands and Team Leaders work alongside to assist supported employees to carry out cleaning, and general maintenance to maintain a wide variety of sites for our commercial clients to contribute to enhancing the lives of people with a disability and achieving agreed operational and financial goals.

**A day in the life...**
- General cleaning, vacuuming, bathrooms/toilets, mopping, dusting and laundry.
- Washing walls/windows
- Light domestic duties
- Support the team to build positive team relationships that reflected our values.
- Supported employees are assisted to develop new skills and achieve employment goals.
- Tasks were completed consistent with instructions from team leaders and supervisors, as well as contract specifications and scheduling requirements.

**About you**
- A high level of physical fitness to meet the manual handling and environmental requirements of the position
- Ability to work independently and/ or collaboratively as a team member
- Sound verbal and written communication and ability to assess when to escalate issues
- Ability to use technical skills to solve maintenance and site issues
- Hold a valid driver's licence
- Be willing to undergo a Police Check
- Hold a current NDIS worker screening check or be willing to obtain
