**Early Childhood Educator | Diploma Qualified, or Working Towards**

A special opportunity awaits for an experienced and vibrant educator, looking for a supportive and inspiring workplace. Whist under new management, Blessed By Bubs Early Learning Centre (previously known as One Plus One ELC) is keen to get an experienced diploma qualified educator on board who is passionate about good culture, strong relationships with children and parents, and continuous quality improvement.

Qualifications:

- Hold, or be working towards, an ACECQA approved Diploma Qualification in Children’s Services

Professional requirements:

- An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Proven experience within an early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to learn and be a part of the team
- Ability to actively contribute to the education program in the room and the centre team
- Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement
- A current Working with Children Check
- First Aid certificate
- Full covid-19 immunisation

About the role:

- Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the centre community
- Develop and implement an innovative early learning program reflective of current early years thinking and practice
- Document children’s learning and development
- Actively contribute to the implementation and adoption of our curriculum.
- You will also share our commitment and passion for bringing learning to life, inspiring the children in our care to reach their full potential.
