The role

Are you an experienced Early Childhood professional looking for a new challenge? We currently have an exciting and unique opportunity for a Diploma qualified Childhood Educators to join our Children's Services Team.

Reporting to the Director Children's Centre, you will play an important role in supporting the centre to maintain a high-quality standard of education, care and provide quality learning experiences for young children.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

• Ensure compliance with the Early Education and Care National Law and Regulations, including the National Quality Standards, at all times.
• Assist in the implementation of an innovative and reflective early childhood education program that is reflective of the principles, practices and outcomes of the National Early Years Learning Framework.
• Contribute to a collaborative team through shared learning, a positive attitude, and sound communication skills
• Develop and maintain meaningful, respectful relationships with children, families, colleagues, community members, management and other relevant professionals; and collaborate to provide an appropriate curriculum based on each child's strengths, needs and interests.

You will have

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
• Working with Children Check.
• Capability to Identify and Respond to Children & Young People at Risk of Harm.
• Current Senior First Aid Certificate that includes Asthma & Anaphylaxis training.
• Experience providing quality learning experiences and creating enriching environments for young children.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate positively and build rapport with children, families, and colleagues.
• Effective communication skills.
  
  

The salary range for this opportunity starts at $ 71,819 (pro-rata) (Grade D, Step 1) + 12% super. Salary may be negotiable dependent on skills and experience.
