**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons aligned with the course curriculum and training package requirements.
- Provide academic support, mentorship, and guidance to students to enhance their learning experience.
- Assess students' progress through practical and theoretical assessments, providing constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and assessment outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with RTO and ASQA standards in all training and assessment activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate current best practices into the course content.
- Collaborate with the academic team to continuously improve training resources and materials.

**Qualifications and Experience**

**Essential**:

- TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
- Relevant qualifications in Leadership and Management (e.g., Diploma or higher).
- Demonstrated experience in training and/or management roles.
- Strong knowledge of the BSB training packages, particularly in Leadership and Management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

**Desirable**:

- Experience teaching international students.
- Familiarity with RTO compliance and ASQA standards.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles and cultural backgrounds.
