Overview

Ariel's Wollongong Station is looking for a motivated All Rounder to join our team. We need someone flexible who's happy to work across both front of house and in the kitchen.

Responsibilities
  • Provide support across customer service and kitchen as needed
  • Assist the barista with making coffees
  • Assist the chef with food preparation and orders
  • Take and process customer orders
  • Keep service running smoothly during busy periods
  • Work closely with the team to ensure the best customer experience
Qualifications
  • Positive attitude and team-first mindset
  • Ability to adapt and work under pressure
  • Great communication skills
  • Hospitality or cafe experience
  • Must be comfortable working in both front and back of house
