Brisbane, Australia Trill Tiling Pty Ltd Full time

We are looking for an experienced skilled Labourer / Site Supervisor to join the team.

**The following responsibilities are**:

- Assist tilers with site preparation
- Handle and transport materials around site
- Use power tools and machinery when needed (eg Drills, grinders and mixers)
- Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labour tasks (e.g. digging, stacking up goods)
- Help with setting up, cleaning and transferring Trill Tiling equipment (e.g. trailers / mixers)
- Report issues with equipment or unsafe conditions
- Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
- Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.

**Requirements and Skills**
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing for long periods of time, lifting heavy loads )
- Familiarity with power tools and machinery
- Commitment to site safety rules and the safety of yourself and others
- Previous tiling / construction experience is necessary
- Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
- The ability to interpret blueprints and plans
- Outstanding leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- White or blue construction card
- Experience in a leadership role recommended.
- Valid driver's license required

**Salary**: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
