We are currently seeking experienced and passionate Retail Managers to join the group across multiple locations as the company expands.

Reporting to the Hotel Manager, the Retail Manager will be required to provide strong leadership and management of all Retail operations and employees.

**Your responsibilities and duties will include but not be limited to**:

- Ensuring the Bottleshop is compliant with legislative requirements and the companies’ policies and procedures
- Analysing and reporting on key business metrics and ensure constant improvement of Retail operations
- Manage budgets/expenses, analyse and interpret financial information and monitor sales and profits
- Actively networks amongst the community to encourage loyalty and understand customer/ community needs
- Develop and implement an intuitive and efficient marketing strategy to promote the Bottleshops services
- Deal with maintenance issues, shortages in staff or equipment, renovations etc.

**The following skills, behaviours and qualifications are essential**:

- Current Queensland RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
- Strong leadership, training and motivational skills with excellent communication
- High-level standard of personal presentation & hygiene
- Availability to work hospitality hours
- Ability to manage conflict, remain calm under pressure and work unsupervised
- Retail Management and wholesale experience ideally within Bottleshops - minimum 5 years full time
