Reporting to the **Technology Parts Planner,** the **Technology Parts and Repairs Coordinator** is accountable for completing and controlling work orders to ensure up to date tracking and communications on the status of parts on technology work and repair orders.

The Technology Parts and Repairs Coordinator is responsible for the effective and efficient management of the work order throughout the entire repair process, ensuring that the work orders in work in progress (WIP) are processed in the agreed timeframes. Managing parts and repairs flow and communicating with relevant stakeholders around possible delays or impacts to the planned work schedules. Responsibilities will also lay in the safe storage and handling of all technology parts within the warehouse and associated premises.

This role has a large internal and external customer facing responsibility and requires excellent communication skills to ensure customers’ expectations are understood and addressed.

**Location: South Guildford**

**Roster: Monday to Friday, Permanent Full Time. Working 50 hours per week.**

**To be successful the following is required**:

- Demonstrated parts interpreting experience with demonstrated data analysis experience
- High level of finance acumen involving external and internal vendor finance management along with customer quotations purchase order and invoicing criticalities
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- High level attention to detail
- Ability to work successfully within a team, autonomously and with multiple stakeholder groups
- Able to interpret CAT systems and manage/track orders in line with stakeholder demands
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal)
- Management of Work Order systems
- Excellent conflict resolution skills and demonstrated experience in navigating challenging situations
- High-level problem-solving skills with the ability to ask the right questions to understand and resolve problems to ensure customer requirements (internal/external) are fulfilled
- Current Forklift Ticket - or willingness to obtain
