**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage all aspects of the construction process, from pre-construction to project completion.
- Supervise and coordinate construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring that work is completed on time and within budget.
- Monitor construction progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure that project goals are met.
- Collaborate with the project team to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain detailed records of project progress, including daily reports and photographs.
- Communicate regularly with the project manager and client to ensure that project goals are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in construction, with a focus on commercial projects.
- Experience working on projects with high-end finishes and structural work.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Familiarity with construction software and tools, including scheduling software and project management software.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
