**Overview of the Team**

The Injury Management Unit within the Service Performance Wellbeing and Safety team plays a vital role in supporting Comcare employees through injury recovery and return to work. The team manages rehabilitation cases under the _Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation_ (SRC) Act and contributes to broader health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives across the organisation. With a strong focus on early intervention, person-centred support, and continuous improvement, the team works collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to deliver safe, durable, and empowering outcomes for employees.

**Overview of the Role**

You will work under the direction of the Assistant Director, Injury Management, and collaborate with internal stakeholders, external providers, and medical professionals to deliver safe, durable, and empowering outcomes for employees.

**Desirable qualifications / experience**
- Experience in injury management, case coordination, or return-to-work programs.
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Injury Management.
- HR or related qualification.
- Experience in rehabilitation case management and/or generalist HR roles within the APS or similar environments.

**Eligibility and Specific Conditions of Employment**
- Employee Health Declaration.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline Security Clearance.
