The Aladdin Client Services (ACS) Team tackles the hardest, most sophisticated problems in FinTech. We utilize our in-depth understanding of Aladdin, our clients’ businesses, and the investment management process to provide world-class customer service to our rapidly growing, global client base. **In this role, you will**:

- Solve client inquiries on, and develop expertise in, Aladdin’s trading functionalities across various asset classes
- Work on understanding key requirements from traders, who are industry practitioners at some of the world’s most respected investment institutions, and develop custom and innovative solutions
- Use technology to solve problems - we will teach you the skills you need to succeed, such as maneuvering relational databases and parsing product logs
- Educate users, leverage service insights, and relay user experience feedback to improve the customer experience and our product
- Work on a global team, with a local presence - you will get to work with teams across the world, while still engaging with a vibrant local team

**You have**:

- 1+ years experience in the financial services industry, preferably in a trade support or trading platform support role
- Familiarity with current trading technology, execution management and order management systems
- Basic understanding of financial product & instruments
- An ability to work in a fast-paced environment with confidence and a positive attitude
- Strong presentation skills and an ability to tailor approach to all corporate levels
- Proficiency in technology, diagnosing root causes, and problem solving
- Technical skills (SQL, UNIX, Python and PERL) are preferred but not necessary

**You may have**:

- Served as a provider or market practitioner in the areas of portfolio management, trading, investment operations, investment accounting, risk management, or data warehousing
- Experience with query languages and databases
