Atifax are a team of professionals that deals with retail fit-outs and assist their clients every step of the way. They provide a complete shop fitting management service for their clients from design to handover. Their team also specializes in all construction services required from start to finish to get their clients' project up and running.

Their experienced team performs an analysis of the site to utilize the space that they are working with to its maximum potential at a cost-effective price; working with the clients’ budget and expectations. The design team will liaise with the client and provide concept and final plans to submit to third parties for approval.

**About the role**

Atifax are currently looking for a Business Administration Trainee to join their team.

This role will involve all aspects of your course with structured training and support. Your duties may include but are not limited to:

- Assist in estimating or quoting
- Answering general queries on the phone
- Communicating with clients, suppliers and contractors as required
- Other general admin duties as required

**About you**:
To be a successful applicant on this role, you must be:

- Computer literate - Proficient in Microsoft Software (Excel, Word etc.)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Has a friendly and outgoing personality
- A Desire to pursue a career in business and administration, by having a willingness to learn and develop skills
