**About this role**:
This exciting International studio is seeking an Experienced Project Architect/Lead to join their team and work on large scale multi-residential, retail, hospitality, and mixed-use projects. A strong set of design, communication, and collaboration skills are essential.

**Key responsibilities**
- Contribute to concept, design development and documentation to gain alignment with stakeholders
- Coordinate and manage the needs of a team of Designers and Delivery-focused colleagues
- Work in a timely manner, in budget and in accordance with professional/company standards
- Work closely with consultants/contractors for project coordination and delivery
- Undertake project reviews: problem solve, budget, and produce quality design
- Production of drawing packages - Revit

**Skills and experience**
- Confident communicator with strong presentation skills
- Advanced Revit/BIM and knowledge of AutoCAD
- Strong coordination and construction detailing experience
- Experience working on commercial projects: retail, hospitality, high-rise residential, or mixed-use is desirable
- Operating at a level of 5+ years post-graduate experience
- Master of Architecture/approved architectural degree
- Full working rights in Australia
- You can work effectively on your own and as part of a larger team
