Job Summary

Installing, repairing and maintaining fire door assets in buildings such as apartments, shopping centres and commercial properties.

Role Description

This role is to provide assistance to our trades person in carrying out such duties as repairing, servicing and replacing fire door assets and all associated hardware. The applicant will be educated to understand current AS Passive Fire Standards and trained to acquire the necessary skills to carry out the required works.

**Required Skills**:
Ability to undertake physically demanding work

Be reliable and punctual

Good communication skills, neat and presentable

Very keen to learn

Have a basic knowledge of hand and power tools

Commitment and enthusiasm with a genuine interest in carpentry

Ability to get to and from work independently

Own PPE

White card

Preferred Skills

Driver licence and own car

Third or Fourth Year Apprentice
