Clinical Research Assistant

About the role
Fixed term temporary part time opportunity to assist with study coordination, participant recruitment, data collection and management. Maintain appropriate screening and follow-up databases, as directed by the Chief Investigators, and ensure timely follow-up of all participants.
About you
- Oversee the completion of accurate Case Report Forms with verifiable source documentation and data entry.
- Collaborate with the Chief Investigators and line manager (where appropriate) to ensure that all studies are conducted strictly according to study protocols, and legal and regulatory bodies, including but not limited to: Good Clinical Practice (GCP), International Conference of Harmonization (ICH), National Statement on Ethical Conduct in Human Research and the Australian Code for the Responsible Conduct of Research guidelines.
- Contribute to the preparation of reports as required by Human Research Ethics Committee, funders and other key stakeholders.
- Contribute to a positive culture within QLTS Research Unit which encourages and recognises high performance, builds leadership capabilities and supports staff to maximise their health and wellbeing.
