**Educator - Full-Time Contract Role (Diploma or Certificate III)** **Norfolk Street Child Care Centre (NSCCC) - Yarraville, VIC** **Contract: 21 July 2025 - 20 March 2026** **Fortnightly ADOs | Community-Managed | Purpose-Driven Team** Norfolk Street Child Care Centre (NSCCC) is seeking an enthusiastic educator to join our team in a full-time contract role, covering Leave and RDOs across the centre. This is a unique opportunity to work across age groups, contribute to high-quality programs, and build strong relationships within a not-for-profit, community-managed service known for its inclusive culture and commitment to best practice. **About the role**:

- Full-time contract from Monday, 21 July 2025 to Friday, 20 March 2026
- Fortnightly ADOs
- Work across multiple rooms with the support of a collaborative team
- Make a meaningful contribution to the daily life of a centre that puts relationships first

**Pay and classification**: This role may suit either a Diploma-qualified (Level 4.1) or Certificate III-qualified (Level 3.1) educator.
- **Cert III (3.1)**: $30.78 per hour (increasing to **$33.50** once PCS is approved - backdated to commencement)
- **Diploma (4.1)**: $34.80 per hour (increasing to **$37.86** once PCS is approved - backdated to commencement)
- New PCS agreement is in the **final stages of approval**

**We’re looking for someone who**:

- Holds an approved Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Brings flexibility, initiative and warmth to a team environment
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS
- Has current WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Asthma, Anaphylaxis, and Child Protection training
