Makes recommendations for change and improvements to existing standards, policies, and procedures. Manages the programs including hiring, positive recognition, discipline, and termination. Responsibilities include formulation of policies, managing daily operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources. Assist in the development, performance, and maintenance of the security activities of the organization and its members responsible for your allocated workload and must meet all targets as agreed with your line manager.

**Salary**: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
