**Responsibilities include**
- Supporting account managers with sourcing
- Being market sector expert within the IT/Tech space
- Plan and execute hiring strategies.
- Talent pooling
- Telephone screening of potential applicants
- Working closely with fellow consultants and Account Managers
- Filling of job orders
- Database Management
- On-call and after-hours responsibilities on a roster system
- Adhoc duties

**About You**
- Maturity to make decisions on-the-fly
- A high level of attention to detail and a genuine passion to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Gets along with others and works well in a small team.
- Has enthusiasm, a dynamic personality, and has a high desire to achieve.
- Has excellent presentation
- Clear communication skills
- Good sense of humour and ability to work in a lively environment.

**What you will need to succeed** We are looking for a driven, outgoing Resourcer who is passionate about delivering the best service to clients in a consultative style. You'll have a can-do and positive outlook and be able to successfully work with stakeholders.
- Recruitment or IT/TECH experience
- You value relationships and understand the importance of nurturing and growing them.
- Proactive and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- You like working closely with your team as well as independently.
- Target driven and self-managed.
- Resilience to deal with fast paced, competitive market sector.
