**Overview**:
Our Federal Government client is seeking for an experienced SFIA** **Accredited Partners or individual Consultants to undertake and complete SFIA skills mapping of all future-state BAU functions for the department's branch. These services are expected to include the following (unless otherwise agreed):

- Provision of a detailed report that:

- Documents a skills framework for the Branch with relevant mapping and guidance.
- Identifies skill gaps and relevant business continuity risks for existing staff cohort.
- Provides supporting evidence.
- Presentation of the report to relevant stakeholders.

**Mandatory Attributes**:

- Current baseline security clearance or ability to obtain a baseline security clearance.
- Federal Government workforce planning experience.
- SFIA Partner or Consultant Accreditation to provide the required services.

**Desirable Attributes**:

- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and analytical skills.
- Experience conducting and completing SFIA skill mapping within government organisations.
- Strong understanding of digital professional skills and career paths.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent experience in training and assessment or education.
- Qualifications/experience in Human Resources and/or IT.

**Selection Criteria**:

- Demonstrated capability to meet the requirements (including experience) within the timeframes.
- Capacity to meet the requirements within the timeframes, including availability.
