CHEP Network is looking for a new breed of Digital Associate across Media to join the team
As a Digital Associate, your focus day to day is on ensuring the quality of the campaign within individual media channels. Your focus is to use your knowledge and skill on your channel/channels of excellence to develop innovative tactics and minimise risks around creative/spend errors.
You will have attention to detail is and the drive to learn and develop knowledge around digital channels as well as the campaign planning process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to media plan and campaign responses utilising your skills in digital platforms and knowledge of media vendors to ensure best in class channel recommendations in both response and plan
- Assist managers/directors in maintaining/updating media plans
- Execute the campaign vision and media plan utilising your skills in digital platforms and relationship and knowledge of media vendors
- Ensure innovative and best in class implementation and day to day management of online advertising campaigns.
- Work with clients and client teams to ensure accurate management of creative assets, targeting and spend.
- Troubleshooting any issues on media platforms that may arise around technical setup, delivery discrepancies or creative issues
- Collate media and site data for campaign reporting and review
- Contribute to campaign reporting and review by providing analysis and commentary, especially around channel performance and insights
- Support media finance, ensuring accurate loading and billing of supplier invoices, as well as collating evidence to allow the agency to pay vendors and bill clients in timely and accurate manner
- Assist in reconciliations and ensuring no overspends or misspends
