**Female Disability Support Worker**

**Location -**North Narooma

Mars Hill Care is seeking a caring, reliable, and dedicated Female Disability Support Worker to provide one-on-one support to a female client. This role focuses on promoting independence, dignity, and meaningful community participation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide respectful, person-centred support tailored to the client’s needs and goals
- Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and light household duties
- Accompany and transport the client to appointments, community activities, and social outings
- Encourage independence, engagement, and social connection
- Maintain accurate case notes and ensure client safety and wellbeing at all times

**Requirements**:

- Current driver’s licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
- Experience in disability support or community services (desirable but not essential)
- Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
