We are looking for a Junior Service Desk Operator to join one of Australia's most revolutionary SaaS technology companies. The role is ideal for someone wanting to take the next step in their career and work with bleeding edge technology.
As a
**Level 1 Service Desk Operator**, you will be required to log and solve software problems from the service desk to the client and communicate with stakeholders and customers via multiple platforms.
**To be successful in this role**:
- Must have knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office suite programs, SharePoint, and Atlassian products.
- Can communicate with customers well and solve problems with them
- Experience in supporting server hardware
- Is good at prioritizing tasks and completing them in a timely manner
- Ability to record and document tickets in systems and communicate with team.
