**About our Opportunity**

**About You**

We’re looking to leverage your highly developed interpersonal skills, our organisation is diverse, so you’ll need to be a clear communicator and great at building relationships to interact effectively with users, IT Team and vendors. You'll need to be someone who is excited by researching, learning and finding solutions to problems, has a passion for IT with exceptional customer service skills. You’ll also need to harness your excellent organisational and time management skills to manage conflicting priorities and tasks as well as a good understanding of IT environments.

You need to be someone who demonstrates a keenness to learn and willingness to soak up as much knowledge as possible with a committed attitude, we are prepared to invest in you

You’ll also require:

- exposure to ERP systems or a willingness to jump in and learn
- SQL skills are highly regarded
- excellent User and Support document writing
- ability to work effectively independently as well as part of a team
