**Description**:
Premium Health is looking for an energetic and experienced Trainer with a nursing background who wants to continue to develop as an Educator/Trainer.

As an integral part of the Premium Health team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional first aid and health care training to various organisations across the State.

The successful person will have availability to work 2 or 3 or 4 set days per week (must include Wednesdays and Fridays) with flexibility to sometimes take on additional work due to increased business demands and growth. Ideally, you will have a current Cert IV TAE40116 or be within six weeks of completing this qualification.

**As a Trainer and Assessor, you can expect to**:

- Lead group training classes (Face-to-face and via Zoom) sharing your skills and expertise
- Work with clients across a diverse range of industries and sectors, from corporate to government to community
- Enjoy being 'on the go' - travelling to different training locations and facilities within metropolitan suburbs and sometimes to regional/rural locations.
- Undertake continued professional development through Premium Health and gain hands-on experience

**Skills and Experiences**:
Background and Experience

**As an experienced and passionate trainer, you**:

- Must reside and hold full working rights in Australia
- Must have experience as a nurse (RN or EEN), nurses with current aged care or disability support/NDIS experience will be highly regarded
- Must have a current Cert IV TAE40116 or be within six weeks of completing this qualification
- Are comfortable utilising technology
- Hold a current drivers’ licence and have your own reliable and insured vehicle
- Are willing to travel around metropolitan suburbs and surrounding regional/rural areas
