**THE ROLE**
The Clinical Education team develops education resources and services in consultation with the organisation and the people who deliver the clinical care to our consumers.
The purpose of Clinical Education Specialist role is to design, develop and deliver clinical education, through a structured training and competency program, and to support the clinical growth and learning of all employees whose role requires them to provide clinical support to consumers of Newcastle Anglican.
**Success Factors**:

- Previous experience supporting the development and review of clinical education resources including the competency framework
- Tertiary qualifications in a clinical field preferably nursing
- AHPRA registration with no restrictions
