Job Description:
MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES - Ensure all customer payments are correctly applied to their accounts and recorded in the accounting system - Proactively follow up outstanding debts and ensure accounts are current. - Generate and issue statements to customers - Reconcile General Ledgers to applicable bank accounts for cash receipts - Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status, aging analysis, and collection performance. - Accurately prepare and issue invoices to customers in a timely manner - Monitor and action holds in Oracle preventing order release - Evaluate and process customer claims - Assist with the company audit as required - Maintain the debtors’ master data file - Provide customer with PODs/Invoice/credit note copies - Provide general cross departmental support to ensure smooth handling of workflow peaks
