**Job no**: 790462 **Work type**: Full time **Location**: Perth - South **Categories**: Retail - Store **ABOUT THE ROLE** As the Retail Co-Store Manager of our Carousel store, you’ll partner closely with the Store Manager to drive sales and deliver outstanding customer service. This role requires someone with experience in managing a **fast-paced, high-volume retail environment, leading a top-performing, A-grade store**. You’ll coach, develop, and provide feedback to your team to maximize every sales opportunity. To thrive in this role, you’ll be a sales-driven leader who is passionate about creating memorable experiences for every Peter Alexander customer. You must be available to work during **peak trade periods**, including Christmas, Easter, and Black Friday.
