**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As the Retail Co-Store Manager of our Carousel store, you’ll partner closely with the Store Manager to drive sales and deliver outstanding customer service. This role requires someone with experience in managing a **fast-paced, high-volume retail environment, leading a top-performing, A-grade store**. You’ll coach, develop, and provide feedback to your team to maximize every sales opportunity.

To thrive in this role, you’ll be a sales-driven leader who is passionate about creating memorable experiences for every Peter Alexander customer. You must be available to work during **peak trade periods**, including Christmas, Easter, and Black Friday. This is a full-time position, which will also require availability on weekends, late nights, and public holidays.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensure a safe working environment for your team and customers.
- Step in as Store Manager when needed, including opening and closing the store.
- Manage daily stock to minimize losses and maximize sales.
- Implement brand visual merchandising strategies and promotional changes.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-volume retail management role.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach and give constructive feedback.
- A passion for delivering a genuine and unique customer experience.
- Knowledge of loss prevention and health & safety practices.
- Visual merchandising experience is a plus.
