**Our work will take you in different directions**

**What will you be doing?**
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational performance and customer satisfaction within your area
- Lead the Service Team both functionally and disciplinarily
- Monitor and analyse sales results, coordinating sales and retention targets to secure the portfolio with your area
- Secure and extend the existing maintenance portfolio, ensuring pricing and profitability
- Develop personnel, ensuring their motivation, continuous development, and achievement of regional targets
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Ensure maintenance dates are met and customers are informed in advance
- Organise emergency services accurately, including rosters and coverage

**What we are looking for?**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred
- Proven 4+ years experience in service operations, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive business growth and profitability
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comprehensive understanding of construction industry contracts and management
- Proficiency in service management software and tools
- Prior experience in the elevator maintenance business desirable
