We have a great opportunity for an experienced HR Coordinator to join our growing HR team. - Co-ordinate and manage onboarding and offboarding for employees.
- Creating contracts and HR documentation as required
- Providing day-to-day HR Generalist advice, supporting and coaching managers through employment matters and making recommendations.
- Keeping accurate staff records
- Assisting and supporting line managers with the management of staff performance, demonstrating outstanding judgement and initiative
- Working closely with staff members, developing, and maintaining professional relationships
- Managing RTW cases by working with case managers and staff members to achieve best possible outcome
- Conducting Workplace investigations with a solid understanding of procedural fairness
- Coordinate and respond to general HR enquiries, escalating enquiries as needed
- Update HR/personnel files, HR documentation, relevant HR systems, policies and procedures
- Support employees in their request for information relating to policy, or their employment
- Working in a high-pressure environment and the ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting tasks.
- Undertake administrative related tasks relating to cyclical activities such as performance reviews and salary reviews.
- Perform exit interviews and support the exit process for terminating employees.
- Manage the HR Calendar and ensure HR cyclical activities are scheduled and carried out on time.

Other requirements are as follows:

- Qualification in Human Resources or related field.
- Advanced computer skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- An excellent work ethic and mindset
- Must have 2-4 year previous experience in a similar role
- Experiencing in building culture and implementing change

**Job Types**: Casual, Full-time

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
