As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in assisting clients to participate in community activities, fostering independence, and enhancing their quality of life. Your deep understanding of Australian culture and community resources will be essential in creating meaningful and enjoyable experiences for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accompany clients on community outings, ensuring safety and engagement.
- Plan and facilitate activities that reflect the diverse Australian culture.
- Build strong, supportive relationships with clients and their families.
- Encourage social interaction and skill development.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the team.

**About You**:

- A genuine passion for helping others and a positive attitude.
- Strong knowledge of Australian culture and community resources.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant qualifications and experience in support work are desirable.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $23.23 - $57.71 per hour
