The Associate Manager Infrastructure Services will step into a leadership role where you’ll help shape and support DXC’s infrastructure services. You’ll collaborate across teams, drive performance, and contribute to strategic initiatives that keep our systems running smoothly and securely.

**What You’ll Do**
- Support the management and daily operations of infrastructure services.
- Drive the implementation of infrastructure strategies and technical projects.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal uptime.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to understand infrastructure needs and support design and implementation.
- Champion best practices and continuous improvement across infrastructure processes.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including policies, procedures, and technical reports.
- Optimise resource allocation for infrastructure tasks and projects.
- Communicate effectively to support and collaborate with global team members.

**What You Bring**
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of industry experience, with at least 2 years in a similar infrastructure role.
- Proven expertise in infrastructure technology management.
- Strong technical acumen and collaborative mindset.
- Passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of tech trends.

**Certifications such as**:

- CompTIA A+
- ITIL 4 Fundamentals
