The Office Manager position is a support role for 6 months to assist in the administration set up and liaise with the Managing Director to ensure timeframes for projects are met.
- FT hours
- It is a 6 month contract direct with the client and is salaried,
- Hourly rate or a potential fixed term with the employer available for the 6-month contractual
- Great bonus payable at the end of the project when targets achieved.
- Build and support a great team to achieve fantastic community events.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Finance - AP / AR mainly transactional invoices (basic knowledge)
- Website Management
- eDMs, updating mailing lists
- Analysis and reporting on ticket sales
- Excel user - beginner tasks essential
- General admin and liaison across the team
- $5K bonus to complete the contract
- Likely to be a 5-6 month commitment
- hybrid role - 1-day wfh
