Our client is one of Australia's most established therapy service providers, as they embark on an exciting period of growth nationally, they are looking for a passionate Occupational Therapist to lead their Perth team

**About the Position**

We are currently seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist who is looking to take the next step in their career You will provide mentorship, training workshops and supervision to your team to ensure they can provide the best support to clients. Along with assisting with projects that help improve clinical practice and service delivery across the broader team.

Ideally you will have experience providing services within schools, homes and the community as this will be the nature of your teams services.

**Essential Criteria**
- A minimum of 4 years' experience working as an Occupational Therapist
- Current AHPRA registration, NPC and WWCC
- Experience carrying out services under the NDIS (across the lifespan)
- Experience with home modifications, equipment prescription and complex clients.
- A desire to lead and empower a team of therapists
- Previous experience mentoring and supervising therapists
