You will utilise your product knowledge to assist customers in achieving their financial goals - both in-person and over the phone - and referring them on to our specialised Banking teams when necessary. This is a rewarding role which will see your dedication and expertise empower customers to make the most of their money, each and every day This is a part-time, branch-based role and the rotating rosters are: - **Week 1: 32 hours Monday to Wednesday 8.15am - 5.15pm and Friday 8.15am - 5.15pm**: - **Week 2: 28 hours Monday to Wednesday 8.15am - 5.15pm and Saturday 9.15am - 1.15pm** **What do I need?** - **Customer service**and **sales**experience, ideally in a customer-facing / phone-based role with experience of working to targets - **Resilience**, with an ability to remain calm and composed whilst managing challenging situations - Comfortable in working towards **sales**/ **referral targets**and **calling customers**over the phone - **Numerical**capability**, ideally with proficiency in **cash**handling**and counting, with ability to complete **financial transactions**with accuracy - An energetic **personality**coupled with a genuine passion for **helping peop**le - The will to **learn**and **adapt**to new banking procedures and technologies No banking experience?
