**Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to)**:

- Assist the dentist during procedures (restorative, surgical, preventive).
- Sterilise and maintain dental instruments and equipment according to infection control guidelines.
- Process digital dental radiographs (x-rays)
- Ensure patient comfort and explain procedures to patients as necessary.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
- Provide post-procedure care instructions and assist in follow-up care.
- Assist with training and mentoring junior dental assistants and ensuring compliance with protocols and policies

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Certificate lll or IV in dental assisting
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Dental Assistant.
- Proficient in dental software and computer skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate attitude toward patients.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team environment with excellent attention to detail.
- Demonstrate exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Dental assisting: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Certificate lll or IV in Dental Assisting (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
