We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Trading Representative / Operator. The Morgans Institutional Division has grown significantly over the past five years & requires additional experienced trading resources to cater for growth. The successful applicant will possess a strong attention to detail, perform well under pressure, have a strong Institutional client focus & work well in a long-standing team.

**Requirements**:
**What you will bring**:

- 3+ years’ experience as an Authorised Trading Representative
- Accurate computer skills
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- The ability to prioritise and multi-task
- Sound problem solving skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to build rapport with Clients and key internal stakeholders
- Advanced MS Word and Excel skills
- Systems Knowledge (Iress, Bloomberg)

**What you will be doing**:

- Primary responsibility for trade execution & management of institutional trades via IOS platform
- Internal and External order flow communication (Trade advertisements & IOI’s)
- Trade reporting management
- Ensuring the institutional department is in compliance with trading related requirements
- Provide clients with exceptional client service, prompt response and account information
