With 24 beers on tap and an impressive new bar, we are looking for someone who has a passion for craft beer, but can also shake up the perfect cocktail, can provide recommendations on fine wine and is up to date with the latest beverage trends. You will be confident to share your passion with our customers and our team.
**About You...**
You consider yourself a people person, with a knack for building relationships and making people feel welcome. You also have:
- Confidence working in a bar, pouring the perfect beer, sprit, cocktail or wine
- Strong knowledge of Australian wine varietals and flavour profiles
- Demonstrated knowledge of commercial and craft beers both domestic and international
- Foundational knowledge of spirit production and classic cocktail recipes
- Familiarity with glassware selection and food pairing.
- Passion for coaching others in beverage skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills
- The ability to keep calm under pressure
- Desire to work in a team environment
- Current RSA and RCG Competency. Advanced RCG is desirable but not essential.
- Availability and flexibility to work late nights, weekends and public holidays
