Bowral, Australia RUSH roasting co Full time

Our new coffee roastery is busy and with some of our team reducing hours for study we have a couple of new positions available. We have three busy sites located in the regional Southern Highlands and we roast our own coffee for retail and wholesale customers.

Ideally you would need to be passionate about coffee, able to work in a fast paced environment and enjoy building relationships with our loyal customers.

This is a great opportunity for coffee enthusiasts to learn and grow their own coffee knowledge and experience.

We are looking for people who can work in a team environment, are open minded to new ideas & change and who are willing to give our customers the best value experience.

You will need to be well presented, punctual, enthusiastic and most of all a team player.

On this occasion barista experience is not necessary. In fact, no experience is neccessary as we will train. We have the most experienced crew in the Highlands ready to share their experience and knowledge.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 15-38 per week

**Salary**: $21.51 - $35.83 per hour

**Benefits**:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

- BOWRAL, NSW 2576: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)

**Experience**:

- Barista: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Food handling: 1 year (preferred)
