OCON Services is a multi-disciplinary Ground Engineering Contractor providing a comprehensive range of civil services to public and private sector clients.
Our areas of specialization are Environmental Remediation, Demolition, Civil Engineering and Bulk Earthworks within the following industries: Hydrocarbon, Aviation, Rail, Government, Commercial and Industrial Sub-division Development, and Infrastructure Development.

The Role
- Working on a New railway Project in Western Sydney
- Reporting to the Senior Project Manager
- Support all matters relating to WHSE and Engineering Standards.
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain the daily site personnel register including but not limited to ensuring the sign in/out sheet is completed
- Ensure timesheets are uploaded onto the company's timekeeping app (Assigner)
- Assist with project documentation and filing.
- Maintain the daily Allocation sheets for all site resources.
- Assist the accounts department with site purchase Invoices.
Knowledge, skills and experience
- Previous Experience working on a construction site or within a construction company
- High level of attention to detail
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Excel, word, outlook
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills;
- High level organisational, coordination and prioritization skills;
- Strong and proactive work ethic with a positive, “can do/ will do” attitude;
- Driver's licence.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
