**Job Description**:
Due to recent transformational growth at Global Express, we have a newly created opportunity to join our HSE team. The HSE Programs and Safety Culture Lead role supports the HSE Systems and Program team in delivering beyond the expectations of our customers, stakeholders and in meeting our legal, regulatory, and other HSE obligations. Reporting to the Senior Manager - HSE Systems and Programs, the role will be responsible for:

- Leading enterprise wide HSE change management activities
- Coordinating and lead HSE programs aligned to the strategic plan
- Supporting HSE Systems and Program team with project management expertise
- Effecting positive cultural and leadership change through developing HSE campaigns, promotions and training
- Influencing the HSE function and broader business in an evidence-based approach to HSE management &
- Driving contemporary approaches and industry best practice to role

Ideally, you are a person who;

Has relevant HSE experience supported by suitable tertiary qualifications.
