- GenesisCare have an exciting opportunity available for a Patient Bookings Officer to join our team at our North Shore Health Hub located in St. Leonards, NSW.- This role is a crucial link between patients and clinical staff, assisting patients in the booking of treatments and consultations.- On offer is a permanent full-time opportunity, working Monday-Friday, 38 hours per week.
- What you’ll do:
- Ensure a high level of patient service is provided including meeting patient needs, maintaining patient service levels, and monitoring and reacting to patient feedback.
- Book and confirm patients for Planning CT, Treatment, Nursing and Doctor Reviews
- Respond to and resolve issues and provide a prompt service in line with expectations.
- Work with colleagues and other administrative staff to achieve efficient and effective management of the patient journey throughout the Practice.
- Promotion of an efficient, compassionate service to all patients, while maintaining a good working relationship with all staff members
- Liaise with both internal and external support staff
- Who you are:
- Demonstrated ability in an administrative role within a busy, customer focussed environment, medical preferred.
- Ability to handle and resolve urgent matters and time critical medical appointments
- Strong organisation and communication skills, with the ability to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven experience to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to use clinical administration systems, as well as Microsoft Office software.
