Inventory Supervisor, Hampers

**We now have an exciting new opening for a Inventory Supervisor to oversee the operations of our new warehouse in Auburn.**

**Role Purpose**:
Reporting to the Inventory Manager, the HGA Inventory Supervisor is responsible for the management and coordination of inventory and to ensure that the below objectives are always met:

- Maintain accuracy of HGA raw material and finished goods inventory.
- Plan and manage the prompt receiving, labelling, storage, and movement of HGA raw materials and finished goods inventory.
- Plan and maintain stock locations for maximum use of space and the most efficient flow of stock from arrival through pre-pack, production, and finished goods.
- Oversee and maintain the physical integrity of stock through proper storage and warehouse cleanliness.
- Drive a culture of safety within the warehouse and all stakeholders.

**Experience**:

- 2 years’ experience in inventory or similar position within a warehouse environment.
- 1 year of supervisor experience.
- Excellent organisation and planning skills.
- An analytical mind with strong maths skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Forklift license.
- High reach forklift experience.
- Driver’s License (Class C).
- Experience or qualifications in Lean Management & HACCP a bonus.
- Ability to work within a dynamic, ever-changing, and rapidly growing environment.
- Strong organisational skills, forward-thinking, resilient, and highly adaptable to the needs of the business.
- A team player, who can manage your own time as well as others.
- A strong, consistent and fair leader.
- A collaborative approach to your work and be an exceptional communicator, both written and spoken, confident in influencing stakeholders across the business.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to overcoming challenges that you will face daily.
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and projects at the same time.
