Alpha Care Disability Services is a registered NDIS Service provider located in Broadmeadows. We are currently seeking Casual Disability Support Workers to working multiple locations across Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities of the Role:

- Follow person centred support plans and behaviour support plans respectfully
- Participate in community activities and encourage clients to get involved with performing daily living tasks
- Track client progress through thorough record keeping
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families

Skills and Experience:

- Drivers Licence and Car Insurance
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Worker Orientation and Infection Prevention and control certificate (we can assist in obtaining these)
- Working With Children's Check
- A commitment to providing quality care and support to people living with a disability while understanding their individual needs
- Prior experience in the sector is encouraged but not a requirement

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $22.83 - $44.95 per hour
