We are looking for Male/female support worker who can speak Malayalam or Tamil language, have strong understanding of the Malayalam/South Indian culture, and who can sing Malayalam or Tamil song. and must have at least 2 years of experience managing behavior of concern clients.

**Duties**:

- Meal preparation
- Domestic duties
- Community Participation

**Skills, Experience, and Checks**
- Certificate IV in Disability or Diploma in Mental Health
- Current First Aid Certificate and CPR
- Working with Children Check (Victoria)
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- NDIS Orientation module certificate
- 3 COVID-19 vaccinations
- Valid driver’s license with access to comprehensively insured vehicle
- Exceptional communication skills
