KCA Site Services is a rapidly growing mining services company specialising in Recruitment, Equipment Hire and Mining Projects.

**Role Details**:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our management team for an experienced General Manager to lead our recruitment division at our head office in Ascot. This is a key position for an experienced leader to assist our ever-growing business and leading a dynamic team.

Reporting to the Managing Director and leading the people division, the GM will be a strategic and operational partner and advisor to the business.

Furthermore, the role will focus on continuously working on streamlining the recruitment process and develop/ implement standard operating procedures as per managements wishes.

This role will be expected to drive and deliver results in business development (winning work), client account management (growing relationships), working with management on proposals involving multiple business units, performance reporting/improvement and margin control (pricing and efficiency reviews).

This is a truly exciting opportunity for someone who loves to work in an autonomous role in a company with a strong culture and vision.

**About you**:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in an autonomous role
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders in the decision-making process where necessary
- Possess a strong attention to detail, with the competence to handle multiple roles at varying stages of progress
- Have a "can do" attitude
- Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven leadership/ management experience in a HR or Recruitment environment
- Ability to develop, meet and exceed set individual and team KPI’s.
- Experience in business development and winning new work.
