This is a key position for an experienced leader to assist our ever-growing business and leading a dynamic team. Reporting to the Managing Director and leading the people division, the GM will be a strategic and operational partner and advisor to the business. Furthermore, the role will focus on continuously working on streamlining the recruitment process and develop/ implement standard operating procedures as per managements wishes. This role will be expected to drive and deliver results in business development (winning work), client account management (growing relationships), working with management on proposals involving multiple business units, performance reporting/improvement and margin control (pricing and efficiency reviews).
