**Key Responsibilities**:
❖ Promote a safe and healthy working environment

❖ Monitor quality process

❖ Lead and Supervise the Assembly Team to achieve daily production goals

❖ Promote open communication within the team through good leadership

❖ Train and develop team members to enhance their skills to ensure optimal performance

❖ Liaise with scheduling, warehousing, and molding departments to ensure a seamless production

process

**Skills & Qualifications**:
❖ Frontline Management will be considered an advantage
❖ Proven experience in developing people and elevating your team in a similar role
❖ Strong leadership and people management skills
❖ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
❖ Ability to problem solve
❖ Knowledge of WHS regulations and AS standards
❖ Understanding of QA processes
